Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid by the Client in the preceding 12 months.

We reserve the right to restrict usage that is abusive, unlawful, resource-heavy, or outside the intended scope of the service.
1.9 Termination
We may terminate services for non-payment, breach of these Terms, unlawful content, or misuse of the platform. Clients may terminate and request their website export where applicable.
